Thank you for purchasing products or joining programs through Design. Sell. Scale. operated by X3Web Design. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General Policy
All sales made through our platform are considered final unless otherwise stated. Because our products include digital downloads and limited-seat mentorship programs, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.
2. Digital Products (E-Book)
The Design. Sell. Scale. E-Book is delivered instantly as a digital download upon payment.
Due to the immediate access provided, no refunds or exchanges are available for digital products.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact info@x3webdesign.com for assistance, and we’ll ensure you receive your download successfully.
3. Design. Sell. Scale. Academy (Membership Program)
Enrollment in the Academy is extremely limited, with only 20 seats available per intake. When you join, your payment reserves one of these limited seats, guaranteeing your place in the live program.
Because of this reservation:
All Academy payments are non-refundable.
Once your spot is secured, it cannot be transferred, paused, or refunded.
This policy ensures fairness and protects availability for serious members who commit to the program.
If you cannot attend live sessions, you will still retain access to community resources and replays (where applicable).
